Low fat, low carb, high protein and super-easy to make. This recipe for no nonsense meatballs will probably become a regular in your household. Double it and make 5 dozen, vacuum seal them in packs of six, and freeze them until needed. Eat them as afternoon-tea snacks, take them to work for lunches, wrap them in pita bread or simply eat them with dipping sauce. They’re equally as good with spaghetti sauce, barbecue sauce, or gravy.
