Beef Sausage Casserole Recipe

This sort of beef sausage casserole has been eaten in Aussie homes for generations. It’s something your Nanna would’ve served when you were a child and it’s a winner at our place too.

We always have plenty of Maleny Black Angus Beef sausages in the freezer so it’s easy to just brown them up, then cook them in the oven along with all the other basic ingredients.
