Mince pizza, paleo and keto friendly!!!
Thanks so much Sally Jose for sharing. I’ve made it twice in three days…..
Firstly, press the Maleny Black Angus beef mince ( of course) into a pizza tray. 1kg is perfect.
Cook for 10 minutes or so on 200c
Drain the liquid off and place back into the oven for a few minutes.
Top with loads of veggies, salad and cheeses and some bacon is great too!
Cook for another 10 minutes and there you have it. A truly delicious satisfying meal for the whole family!
