We’ve just found a Beef Bourguignon recipe worthy of a gold medal! ? Maybe it’s the 2024 Paris Olympics being on the TV at the moment, or more likely just that we love using Maleny Black Angus Beef to make restaurant quality meals in the comfort of our own home. Whatever the reason, Beef Bourguignon, originating in France, is sure to be a crowd pleaser in your home! For the best results, this recipe requires a bit of time and patience, but it’s really not very labour intensive. The length of time is only there to allow the meat to soak up all the juices and produce what is considered by many to be the winner of all stews! Bon appétit! ??
