We used to sell our unforgettable Maleny Black Angus Beef Blue Cheese Burgers at Shows around the district and people would talk about them for months afterwards.
Sadly we’re not running our BBQs in the Show circuit anymore, but you can still have our burgers at home. It should be on the menu at your place every weekend!
Our recipe is a crowd-pleaser. We combine our tender and juicy steaks with caramelized onions, creamy Brie or Blue Cheese (depending on your preference), fig jam and peppery rocket. An incredible flavour combination that’s both easy and elegant!
