We’re all about simple goodness at Maleny Black Angus Beef. We try to make our prized 100% grass-fed beef the hero in our cooking and compliment its tenderness and flavour with healthy vegetables and seasoning. We’re not sophisticated cooks, nor do we have a lot of time, so everything we make needs to be uncomplicated, easy to prepare and quick to cook.
This recipe for Balsamic Steak Skewers is one of our favourites because it uses Maleny Black Angus Beef sirloin steak – a naturally tender and flavoursome cut – and we vary the veggies we use in the skewers every time we make them, for variety. You can’t go wrong matching marinated steak, red onion and veggies. We think these are delicious!
