Eating keto can be a bit tricky when Mark is out in the paddock or on the road doing deliveries – he’s not very satisfied with veggie straws and cold-boiled eggs. It’s also delicious served hot for dinner with baked cauliflower, pumpkin and greens (eg. Beans, broccoli, peas, etc) or cold with salad. Add carbs as your sides eg. mashed potato or potato-bake, or skip them and eat keto like us.
