Yes!  Me too!  My usual creations just won’t cut it!  Oh the pressure…..

Well, to help you (and me) I did some searching and came up with 3 totally different salads.

One fresh and healthy, one traditional and one for the prawn fans like me!

Blueberry, Rocket and Almond Salad

I hope these give you some ideas for the Big Day!  I think I’ll create the Blueberry, Rocket and Almond Salad OR the Surf ‘n’ Turf (I only get to eat prawns at Christmas)!  DECISIONS!!!
